This work combines Visual SLAM, GPS and Ultra Wide Band localisation to develop a map able to place augmented reality annotations indoors and outdoors. Key to the system is a multiple map re-localisation system for the visual SLAM algorithm that enables the method to find where it is over a number of locations.
